Do the Wizards run in a browser?

No, the Property and Motor Wizard are not browser based but a suite of native PC applications. The Miles 33 Wizards offer a unique set of advantages; the ability to work offline, no requirements for fonts or desktop publishing software, low bandwidth usage with fast transfer to the publisher.

What about installation and updates then, do I need to send IT staff to all my agents?

No. Publishers do not need to visit agents when new software is released. Any upgrades are sent automatically and silently via the internet. The agent simply boots up the system and the new version is installed and operational.

Are there any other benefits?

As well as producing the direct to paper components the software can be used by the agent for their business requirements. Contact management, mail merges, customer and property lists are all possible through Property Wizard.

How are the Wizards licensed?

The software is supplied under an annual license fee, dependent on the number of publishing centres and an agreed maximum number of installable agents (banded in 100’s). The annual license fee entitles you to online technical support and free upgrades to the installed software version.
