Do I have to make ads up multiple times if they appear in different publications?

No. Production Tracking supports single versions of ads appearing in multiple products. It will even distribute them automatically if the products are made up in different production centres.

Can Production Tracking handle multiple ads on one sales order?

Yes. Production Tracking can have multiple ads against one sales order. Each unique ad within the order is given a unique suffix.
