Email Notification

The customer and sales rep (optional) can be sent an email each time one of their ads reaches a ‘proofing’ status stage in production. The email contains a link to the relevant page on the associated proofing web site.

Secure Login for Rep or Customer

A secure login/password controlled access to the eProofing section of your web site is provided to ensure your customers only see their own ads and your reps only see ads for their customers.

View and Annotate the Ad

Upon login the customer is presented with a list of ads awaiting approval with each ad being given a deadline as to when the ad must be approved by. Upon expiry of the deadline the ad, whilst still accessible for viewing is made ‘read-only’ indicating that further corrections will not be accepted.

The customer can annotate the ad using yellow ‘post-it’ notes to indicate any changes that need to be made. The customer then approves the ad as is or approves the ad with changes.

eProof Corrections

Automatic Update of the Production Tracking Database

When the customer approves or approves the ad with changes the Miles 33 Production Tracking database is automatically updated. Approval with no changes automatically marks the ad as ‘complete’ and ready for publishing, without any manual intervention. Approving the ad with changes marks the ad as ‘incomplete’ and automatically places it in a queue for re-work by the Production Team, a copy of the annotated ad is made available to the Production team for reference purposes.
