CMS3000 manages the production of all Invoices and the pro-active management of the financial relationship with your customers. Full Accounts Receivable and Credit Management facilities provide powerful tools to improve operator efficiency.
CMS3000 Credit Management can also be integrated to other third party booking and accounts systems.
The CMS3000 Invoicing Module automates the task of invoicing orders booked. Rules allow the invoice production process to accommodate the complex types of booking available in FutureProof and invoices can be customised to meet your business and customer requirements.
Rules can be used to define the overdue criteria to be applied to customers and the associated credit paths. For example, a credit path can be defined based upon customer profile and collection amount.
An unlimited number of credit paths can be created by selecting from a list of actions which are also user defined. Actions are classified into calls, reviews and documents and any combination of actions can be included on a credit path. The delay between actions on the path is configurable with the option to apply a new credit status to the customer upon completion of the action.
Call actions are configurable to include a prompting narrative to aid credit controllers when talking to the customer.
Details can be accessed for each customer. Balances available include overall customer balance, unpaid invoices, overdue balance, collection amount and unallocated cash. Totals are also shown for write offs, settlement discounts and surcharges. Balances exceeding or nearing credit limits are highlighted in red and blue.
To provide for quick access to information the CMS3000 Reporting Module comprises two elements, the windows front-end available to users and a background server program. This enables the module to be operated in two distinct ways.
All available reports and graphs (or a selection thereof) can be scheduled to automatically run overnight and be made available to users. These reports and graphs can then be viewed or printed immediately by users without having to go through the process and delay of running the reports again. If a report is required to be re-run this can also be done by users at their terminal.
Reports can be presented within CMS3000 or via a web browser. This enables reports to be distributed via the company’s intranet and opens up the potential for publishing CMS3000 information via extranet to customers.
Reports can be emailed or faxed directly and report data can be exported into a variety of formats including Microsoft Excel, Word, HTML and Comma Separated Variable (csv).
