The
Telegraph,
NORWALK, CT – January 24th—Telegraph
Publishing Co., publisher of The Telegraph in Nashua, New Hampshire and several
weeklies has purchased an integrated advertising, accounts receivable and
circulation system from Miles 33. This marks Miles’ first sale of their new
circulation system in the
The system will include classified and ROP sales, with built-in sales force automation, classified pagination and ROP layout, web order entry, web publishing, a suite of integrated accounting modules for A/R, invoicing and credit management, and the new integrated circulation, distribution and subscription module called DCS.
Miles 33’s integration of DCS into its advertising database will allow The Telegraph to consolidate its call centers between circulation and advertising, creating a more efficient sales center for the company moving forward.
Also, bringing advertising, A/R and circulation under one vendor will eliminate the need for interfaces between disparate systems and allow The Telegraph to go from four vendors to one. Systems are scheduled to go live in June and November of this year.
You can see the new Miles DCS system, and
its other products at NEXPO (Booth 1429) in
